Our road planing machines are moved to sites on our own purpose-built low loader and are supported by our own fleet of tipping lorries, low loaders and suction sweepers.
W35DC Planer
This road planer is a compact specialist machine with a cutting width of 350mm cutting to a depth of 110mm in one pass. This machine is most suited to small works, i.e. footpaths, cycle ways and trimming behind the larger machines.
W50DC Planer
A compact, versatile and highly manoeuvrable machine for working on pavements, strips and connections. Highly manoeuvrable – allowing the operator to master even tricky situations with the maximum of accuracy. The supporting wheel makes the machine ideal for milling along a wall or for milling around manhole covers. The generously sized loading conveyor can be adjusted in height and swivelled to both sides to ensure that even large trucks can be loaded both when travelling straight ahead as well as when working on tight bends.
W50Ri Planer

W100Fi Road Planer
The W100Fi is a high performance, front loading road planing machine, ideal for smaller reconstruction areas, haunches and jobs where larger tonnage is required. Manoeuvrability – a definite advantage in city traffic and at critical points. The front tracks of the 1m have a large steering angle and can be lifted and lowered hydraulically. The rear right track can be swung in front of the milling drum hydraulically from the operator’s platform. This permits milling flush to kerb even with tight radii and ensures that the driver has everything under control from the operator’s platform. Ergonomic and functional – the operator’s platform is arranged across the entire rear width of the milling machine so that the driver can always see the right-hand side of the machine when seated and the left-hand side when standing on the platform. All control elements can also be comfortably operated while seated.
W210i Planer
The W210i is powered by twin Cummins 350hp engines, designed to be eco-friendly, it is able to achieve high outputs with ease, offering high performance in tough conditions and with a neat, milled result. Large milling depth – a milling depth of up to 330mm makes it possible to remove complete carriageway pavements in a single pass. Good Manoeuvrability – The 210i has been designed in such a way that even small radii can be rounded effortlessly. With a tight turning radius, it can still do a perfect job even on confined sites. The large crawler tracks are lined with polyurethane shoes to ensure good traction – without damaging the pavement.
W220 Planer
Powerful, compact machine mounted on crawler tracks designed to remove individual pavement courses, as well as complete carriageway pavements in a single pass. The W220 is our flagship planer. Driven by 766hp, it is able to achieve high outputs with ease. Power – The W220 is driven by a powerful 6-cylinder in-line engine for high performance in tough conditions and with a neat, milled result. Large milling depth – a milling depth of up to 350mm makes it possible to remove complete carriageway pavements in a single pass. Good Manoeuvrability – The W220 has been designed in such a way that even small radii can be rounded effortlessly. With a tight turning radius, it can still do a perfect job even on confined sites. The large crawler tracks are lined with polyurethane shoes to ensure good traction – without damaging the pavement.
